At PROCAD, we believe in providing excellent products backed by excellent support services. Through this website you have easy access to services and support for your PROCAD software, including a Help Desk which is dedicated to helping users with any difficulties they may encounter when using the software. However, before submitting a question to the help desk, it is likely that your question and its answer will be on our Knowledge Base page so we ask that you please check their first.
Once your request to the Help Desk has been submitted, it is our goal to provide you with friendly and prompt service the same day when at all possible. At times, the difficulty you encounter may be due to our program and may require further research. When a solution is found a program update will be issued and you will be notified by email to download the update that will resolve your issues.
