Software Leasing

Introducing a new way to enhance productivity of your projects while keeping budget considerations in mind. PROCAD's 2D DESIGNER® and 3DSMART® software is now available for term leasing at unprecedented savings.

Leasing software has many advantages over purchasing, including:

Leasing lowers your initial expenditure for software acquisition.
You only pay for the time period the software is needed.
You have the freedom to add software licenses based on project requirements.
At the end of a lease period, you have the option to:
1. Renew the lease; or
2. Terminate the lease; or
3. Purchase the software and get 80% of your lease payments applied towards the purchase price.
If you renew the software lease for a third consecutive year, the software is yours permanently.

Software Lease Rates

Our affordable lease rates are calculated by multiplying the software's Suggested Retail Price (SRP) by the percentages for each term. For the latest software price list, please contact PROCAD sales.

Lease Payments

Full lease payment must be paid at the start of the lease.
Payment can be made by credit card or wire transfer.
